Our Hospital Policies

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, we ask that you please notify us at least 8 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment so that we may offer that time to another client who may need it.

Missed Appointment Policy:

No-show fees for missed appointments are as follows:

  • Surgical Procedure: $100.00
  • Doctor Appointment: $50.00
  • Technician Appointment: $20.00
  • Grooming Appointment: $40.00

We understand that there are unforeseen circumstances in which a missed appointment may be unavoidable. For this reason, we do offer our clients one “no-show pass” per calendar year for a missed appointment with the exception of a missed surgical procedure.

*** Please note that the no-show policy applies for each individual pet. If a client has more than one pet scheduled for an appointment on the same day and all appointments are missed, that client may receive a “no-show pass” for one pet’s appointment, and a fee for all other missed appointments on that day. ***

Our clients will receive an appointment reminder via email or text message from us through the PetDesk app, two days prior to their scheduled appointment.

It is the client’s responsibility to keep their contact information current with our reception staff.
